For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail beauty products, including nail polish, cuticle oil, press-on nails, and other personal-care items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can assist you promptly.

5. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact the Squalic support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.
